Our Projects Department undertakes everything you require. A site visit and survey to establish requirements is followed by discussions with you on suitable equipment and budgets. A full quotation, with alternatives if relevant, is prepared and submitted for approval. 

Once an order has been received, we project manage the installation in full consultation with the client, from the very beginning through to making sure the site is left clean and tidy after completion. We can also offer an independent consultancy service, which would include design preparation, specification, drawings and project management.

Since we are an independent company, we are not compelled to use any specific equipment manufacturer. We are therefore able to select from the widest possible range, and to suggest the equipment we believe would be the best for your particular project and budget.

We are able to handle projects of every size, from a small single office, through to multi-storey office complexes. We are fully equipped with CAD systems enabling us to provide full proposal, working and record drawings.

We can supply and install equipment of any specification to suit your individual needs. This ranges from the smallest split air conditioning system for small offices and residential applications, through to the most sophisticated Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV/VRF) systems for the larger commercial projects. We also design and install the necessary integrated fresh air and extract systems. Risby Air Conditioning have extensive experience of computer/communications rooms and are able to offer a complete service from advise on the selection and positioning of equipment, control systems through to installation and commissioning.
