By complying F gas regulations we are fully committed to containing, preventing and therefore reducing emissions of F gases covered by the Kyoto Protocol. All of our engineers have Safe Refrigerant Handling (FGas – F11) training and are Refcom approved.
 

Emergency service: 

• However well equipment is maintained, there will always be a possibility of failure. It is then essential to be able to rely on a company to resolve the problem as soon as possible. We provide a guaranteed four hour response to any emergency breakdown, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Our normal telephone number is answered 24 hours a day and a duty manager will contact you to discuss the problem and arrange access for our engineers.
